I-Search Examples

The All Subjects menu will  help you find databases that are specific to your topic.  You will likely need subject specific databases in your upper level courses.  A few good general purpose databases include Academic Search Complete, Academic One File, and JStor.

Everything Search Results

When searching the databases be sure to use a search statement with Boolean Operators like AND and OR.  Never type in a complete sentence, and avoid using natural language words like in, the, of, where, about, etc.
